Some DVDs not playing properly on JVC DVD player...

Some of the DVDs on my JVC XV-N33SL won't play. They will play with jittering and noise (in video and audio term).

It also happened with a Magnavox MDVD-100, which was only released in Australia.

How does this happen? In the manual, it says if it happens, connect the DVD player directly to the TV, not through the VCR. It is connected though the VCR, but can't be connected direct to the TV because the right cords are missing. The only input plugs in the TV are the Antenna and SCART. For some reason, the SCART will not work.

We have a DVD drive on our computer, and is it possible to connect the computer to the TV, as if the TV was a moniter?

As far as inputs go, I think you will need one of these. Not sure if you have a RadioShack in Australia, but this is what you need.
