| Smaller GIF size? I know this might be the wrong place to ask this at but I just wanted to try... Is there a program out there that can reduce the size of a gif? I made a sig on Image Ready but the size is too big. Is there any way to reduce the size of an image without losing so much quality? Thanks!

| What you could try is in Photoshop 5.5 (or 6) and 'save for the web' option There you can select several options to reduce size. And with preview on you can see the effect on the quality immediately as well. |

| The same goes for paint shop pro (which you can download for free at painshoppro.com). If you save it as a GIF file you can run the optimizer and reduce the zise (but lower quality ofcourse). My personal experience is just by saving the file with just a little % less quality you can get the pic at almost half of its original size (if ofcourse isn't done already). |
