Please Help: Pioneer 220-s won't load DVD

Newbie Forum Discuss, Pioneer 220-s won't load DVD at Community forum; Makes a sound and states that its is loading but then screen says it is corrupt or wrong media. I have played DVDs on this befor ewith no problem. Your help is much appreciated.
