If you have WinRAR or WinZIP installed, then usually you can double-click on the first file.

Otherwise it's difficult, not knowing what program created those segments.

If the VOBs are all named similar to what you posted links of, then they are not in DVD compliant format.... You'd need a VTS_01_001.VOB, VTS_01_002.VOB, VTS_01_003.VOB, etc... and you'd also need the VTS_TS.IFO, VTS_TS.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO & BUP....

If they are all VOBs only... then rename them as I've stated all the way to VTS_01_0011... then you can use IFOEdit to create IFOs & BUPs for those VOBs... and make it into one Titleset.

But, as imkidd57 already stated, it will also depend very much on what program created those files...

Also, I think I remember that when you have more than 9 VOBs on a single VTS, you need to name it to come after the VTS_01_009. Because I think renaming the 10 & 11 to VTS_01_0010, might make it conflict with the first VOB.

And since your links aren't working, there is no way for us to see what those files actually are named.

Those links are for a commercial movie, which unfortunately we are not able to help you with.

Please read the forum rules again, particularly the bit about material for which you do not have copyright permissions:
