I did see that allofmp3.com takes yandex. so far though, all i have seen is russian. is there an english version of this pay service so I could use it.

Some of us here dont have credit cards.

Can't answer in regards to paypal, but a credit card isn't always required. Debit or check cards work with those services. One can also purchase gift cards to use with iTunes.
