i have the toshiba satellite m45 s265 computer. when i insert a disk nothing starts

i went to my computer and the drive is not recognized. i went to the device manager, the matshita dvd-ram uj-813s is listed under dvd/cd-rom drives. but there is a yellow exclamation mark over the icon.

went to properties, in the window under device status the message reads Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39). any input is welcome

Thanks to everyone that read this thread and scratched there heads. I solved my problem. If anyone having a Toshiba looses their CD/Rom drive from "My Computer" or for Code 31,32,19,41, 31,mine was 31, go to http://askiris.toshiba.com/ToshibaSu...200%2061558116 and follow Resolution.
