Hello All

I'm Micki and I'm from Ireland. Delighted to be able to join this forum and I'm looking forward to becoming knowledgable on the in's and out's of CD Recording. I unfortunatley don't have too much to offer as yet by way of technical know how but if I can help in anyway, I will do so.

Hi all. I'm a 20 year old Belgian student, have a girlfriend and reside much on other boards. Recently purchased a new CD-RW drive (liteon 52x24x52) and this site, and forum, was of great help to me in deciding which one to get. So I thought I'd register and try to be of some use myself.

Greetings to all!

Hi, I'm Steve. I'm 39 and not that far from 40. I'm a welder by day and an insomniac gamer most nights. This is by far the best forum/club/site I've come across. I've never been anywhere where the responses are so quick and precise. Thanks for supporting the not so advanced gamers.

Hi,

My name is Bob i'm all most 40 years old, married for the last 12.
We live 30 miles north of Boston Massachusetts.

My first computer was a Commador [anybody rember..PRESS PLAY ON TAPE..?] Then I built my first AT then it was an XT...etc.
Now i'm running AMD 1200mhz with 256DDR mem. Sony Power Burn 24x/10x/40x. any input [good and bad] on this CD-R/RW will be greatly appreciated

I have to many hobbies, I'm allways taking somthing apart just to see how it works. I owe my ability to repair, modify or fabricate
practically anything to the internet and the millions of people who
share thier knowledge. I believe fourms like this are an indespensable source of information.

Last year I learnd how to make a simple web page and put up
infomation and picturs of a Tesla Coil I built thanks to the internet.
Now I have a burning desire to copy some difficult CDs.

Happily lost in your archives, Pinballwiz

hello,
I am from the north west of the UK, and have been on the net for some years, before that I used bulletin boards on a regular basis.
My favourite one was excaliber, I have been interested in cd burning for years, and have just ordered a dvd writer, so that will be fun until I iron out the foibles (with me that is) , I enjoy shortwave listening, and Rock Music, of the 70,s era.

With that, greetings to all.

Hi, I'm new here......

I'm a 19 year old App chef In Western Australia......

I spend my free time working on my AMV's for my production site.. which I hope to get up soon....

The system I'm running is:
P4 2.04Ghz (Overclocked 1.7Ghz)
Tyan Tryinty SS2266 Mainboard
512 Mb PC2100 DDR RAM
Geforce 4 MX 440 +TV out
Creative SB LIVE 5.1
LG 40x12x40 Cd Rewriter
40x DVD Rom
Seagate Barracuda 20Gb (C
Seagate Barracuda 80Gb (E:, G:, H
Cooler Master ATX case.

I have stated modding my case, so far I have replaced the LED's on the case and the DVD with Superbrite's (blue and sunset red)... I have also added two neons into the case, with a black neon going in soon to highlight my rounded cables....

But before I do the Black light, I'm getting a window of my own design cut out of the side...(my brother had a case- modding thing going for a while..Mod monkeys , but he's stopped now....)

anyways, thats my bit......
