Installing .MDF and .MDS files

I have an .MDS and .MDF file for a game. I know that those are Alcohol 120% files but I have no idea how to extract/install them.
Please Help.

Assuming you created them from your originals using Alcohol, I suggest you burn them back to CD with Alcohol.

I assume that the various virtual drive programs kan mount this image and then play the game as well....

Correct.

As I do not know what the image is of I can say that IF YOU created them with Alcohol then you can load it on Alcohol's Virtual drive and extract/run it from there or burn the image with the appropriate Datatype.
