Newbie Forum Discuss, i need help w any slysoft any dvd at Starters forum; i bought any dvd and installed it w a license and for some reason now it doesnt recognize my external burner. it used to prompt when u hit record saying writeable media detected would u like to start burning after reading and it would go straight thru i alrdy tried

i bought any dvd and installed it w a license and for some reason now it doesnt recognize my external burner. it used to prompt when u hit record saying writeable media detected would u like to start burning after reading and it would go straight thru i alrdy tried a disk check and that ddnt work can anyone help me?

Right click on the fox symbol on your task bar, and click on Show Information. This will show you what drives AnyDVD can see. What software are you using to burn your DVD's?
