| How do i transfer vhs tapes to dvd copy protected? Hi was transfering some of my football tapes to dvd via the good old vhs machine no problems then bang 3 more tapes out of my 25 won't do it??Can anyone give me help/advice only 3 tapes left but i can't do it. The process i have been using and simple(before anyone says it like me  )was tape in vhs machine scart it to dvd recorder record job done. How can i do the last 3  |

| Re: How do i transfer vhs tapes to dvd copy protected? The problem is most likely Macrovision protection. There are video clean up devices on the market that go between the VHS and DVD recorder through the scart connector that remove the second false sync pulse that causes the problem. I bought mine from Maplins some years ago for £10 or there abouts. I'm not sure if they still stock it, if not PM me.
