I will move this thread to the newbie forum if you don't mind. The Copy Protection Discussion Forum is there to discuss copy protections and not how to copy protected games.

Anyway, there are a number of ways to identify the protection that was used on a disc. I think the best way to learn would be to read through some of these threads. If you need more help you can of course ask for it. Don't forget about the search function though, it's quite helpful!
