Question: Gapless CD Ripping With Easy CD-DA Extractor Not Working

Hi everyone, I was told this forum would be the best place to get help on this matter. I'm trying to rip a Gapless CD using Easy CD-DA Extractor, but keep having the same issue. The problem isn't exactly that it's inserting a gap between tracks, but that the CD has audio between tracks, you know what I mean? A couple seconds between tracks that shows on a CD player as -00:02 seconds or so, but which is continuous; well, that's getting cut out completely. So, even if the album is technically gapless there's quite a jarring cut between tracks that shouldn't be there.

So, for example, if there's a line of a song that covers the end of a track, the between track space, and the beginning of the next track that is supposed to be:

"The doggy had a long tail" (poor example, I know, it's late and I'm sleepy)

In which the words "The doggy" belong to the first track, "had a" belong to the audio between tracks, and "long tail" belong to the second track, once ripped and played the resulting mp3's will sound like this when played:

"The doggy long tail"

I even ripped the whole CD as one big FLAC file with the cue sheet, AND THE FLAC FILE ALSO IS MISSING THE AUDIO BETWEEN TRACKS!!!

Can somebody help me with this? Or recommend and program that will rip FLACs exactly as the CD is without data loss?

EAC, dBpoweramp, CDex, all rip CDs to Flac...

I know, but do they actually rip the audio included in "negative time"? Because for ripping FLAC I'm fine with Easy CDDA Extractor, the problem is I don't know how to also rip the audio between tracks.
