freeware to convert .mov to dvd

I use DVD Flick quite a bit. When I try to add the .mov file to DVD Flick, I get the following error message:

"Has no usable video track. It will not be added to the project."

And yet I can open the .mov file on my computer and play it.

Perhaps try SUPER It has worked well for me in the past with mov files
