| Help me please anyone! Flashing Toshiba DVD ROM SD-C2502 on a Single Slot Compaq laptop with WinXP Someone please help me!! I have a Compaq laptop with a detachable Toshiba DVD ROM SD-C2502 device. I am running Windows XP Home Edition. I need to flash my DVD ROM and I have the correct firmware updates. The problem is that my laptop has only 1 device slot. ie. i cant attach BOTH the 1.44 disk drive and the DVD ROM together. Because of this, i cant boot DOS using a bootdisk AND flash my DVD drive at the same time. What should i do??? Last edited by jwz22; 26-06-2003 at 21:35. |
