I know that there a lot of people looking for burn directions for DVD Fab Platinum. Well, after e-mailing and getting no acknoledgement of ever e-mailing I finally hit pay dirt (I think) but, I have not tried it yet so, I don't know it it works or not. So, after sitting at my computer for a half hour sending e-mails's one after the other probabaly between 50 and a hundre e-mails saying I want my money back or instructions. I posted them to Rip Off web site and told them that I reported the to the BBB (which I couldn't because there is not enough information in order to file a complatin) but, they don't know that. So, I would just sit and send many e-mail's and posting them to the Rip Off, really do post to Rib Off web site and telling them that you filed wiwth the BBB. You will get a reply. Also, go to Fengtao Software, Inc.(you'll have to google them) and send several e-mail complaint's. DVD Fab is under the unbrella of Fengtao Software Inc and they in turn are under the umbrella of another company. It 's like I told 2 friend's and they told 2 friends and they told 2 friends. Anyway, the more people that complain the more they will be hard pressed to send instructions. So, I'm going to try the instructions that they sent but, I have a feeling that I'll be back with bad news(I'm going to give it a try) but, at this point I don't have much faith. Just deluge them with one e-mail after another and I mean a lot one right after the other and hopefully we will get satisfaction.

If you would take the time to look under the ? at the top right hand side of the program and then click on tutorial it will take you to the instructionss on how to use it (you have to be on line to do this) so instead of complaing about a rip off do a little searching yourself, sorry if my response upsets you

You were given the links to many tutorials on how to burn dvd's with fab and many other software's in your original post.

Now if you want to just look at a disk and have it magically make a back up then you really need to contact that "Hog-Wart" school, I hear that they teach magic there.

tgidday: Very good response as I didn't see his other post in the FAB Forum, seems like he is just one of those guys who complain about everything I guess , so the next time I see a post from him I won't waste my time

Yes I'm going to close this thread as there's not much more to be gained on this issue.
