DVD Labels?

Newbie Forum Discuss, DVD Labels? at Starters forum; Well I learned today that DVD Labels are BAD! How do I safely remove them from my DVD's?

the few i did with labels were removed by floating them label face down in warm soapy(mild) water for about 15mins, be careful not to get the burned face wet as you will get gluey water on it and it means more work getting it of. then the label should come of dead easy.
thats how i did mine.

Also try WD 40 on the label side.

I remembered that I had some Goo-Gone and it worked like a charm, though very tedious (sp?).
