Dvd Copy Unreadable Format Help thanx

hey guys i'm a very newbie in these category so please be kind if you can help thanx if not thanx for looking too ;-) so here is my problem hope you guys can help thanx

Well i got a external Sony DL DVD RW model DRX-800UL and software various ( DVD FAB, DVD X copy and also the ANyDVD so here is my question i tried to make copys of new movies that i brought and test to see if it can copy. It did copy successfully and when i played it on my DVD player it either plays a few chapter of the DVD and the rest just stop and and wrote (unsupported format)(Unreadable Data) but i did every step that i could to fix it like update my firmware and it doesn't seemed to play ;( so is there any reason's for this or is my sonydvd burner not working probably (i used 8x Nexxtech dvd +) so i hope anyone with info please let me thanx. I would've wanna to try another dvd burner to see if its the burner or is my pc not working well. Also I have a built in DVD CDRW combo Dvd rom that comes with my laptop so please do help

First of all, welcome to the forum.

Usually problems like these are due to a bad media. Try to post a scan of these media.

To do a scan, download latest version of CD-DVD speed.

Then start cd-dvd speed (don't require installation), insert your faulty DVD. and click on Disc quality tab. Select 4x as scan speed, and wait until finish. Finally, press on the little button on upper-right of the window (the button with a little floppy disc) and save the image in png format.

Finally, post the image on this thread
