Copy protection software?

What is the best software for beating copy protection?
Looking for something that runs stable under XP, 100% effective, and user friendly.
Also, what works best for combining a 2 disk movie on one DVD-R?

I've copied several basic DVD's using X copy express and Anydvd with Nero 5.5, but am now ready to move on to more than the basics.

Any advice would be appreciated.
