| I can't find that closed thread, but I guess that the reason was that it was against the forum rules. What is that thread exactly? Can you post a link?

| No, we rarely close threads around here. You can go ahead and post your questions in a new thread in the Samsung forum. Just make sure to give as much information as possible. We rarely complain about too much info in trying to diagnose problems. |
