Burning has stopped working

Newbie Forum Discuss, Burning has stopped working at Starters forum; Once I updated the firmware on my burner (SONY DVD RW DRU-810A), defragmented all of my drives, and started writing at 8x speed, I have been able to burn backups without issue. Once I updated the firmware on my burner (SONY DVD RW DRU-810A), defragmented all of my drives, and started writing at 8x speed, I have been able to burn backups without issue.

All of a sudden I started having problems with burning. Here's the latest log from Nero Recode ver 3.0.3. Any help would be much appreciated:
