Alicia Keys copy protection

i have recently bought the album alicia keys - the diary of alicia keys. i successfully ripped the tracks onto my computer and they worked fine.

when i made a copy of these tracks onto a cd using nero, each track was mixed up (the track began with the middle of the song and different parts of the song were in different places.

is there anyway of making a successful copy of this cd?

would downloading the album of a peer2peer network such as kazaa and then making a copy work?

any help will be great.

what did you use to rip them with,by any chance the player that comes with the disc or did you use anything else?/gs.

the burner i use i a btc burner. i ripped the cd using music match jukebox.

why dont you just use something lik nero to make an image and then burn the image onto a cd?

Best software I had encountered for ripping is Audiocatalyst(google for it) and Exact Audio Copy

EAC handles protections somewhat better than AC.
You can then burn the tracks you ripped from the hdd.

since there have gone almost 3 weeks since that.
But...nevertheless, I was kinda wondering if you ( or anybody else of the paricipants )
ever heard of AnyDVD and its impact on the copy protected stuff ?
