The CDR's are best identified by the nominal capacity (lead-out code). there's only 4 that I know of. 16x, 24x and 40/48x, and audio. The 16x was later rated for 24x, and the 24x was later rated for 32x, and the 40x was later rated for 48/52x. The current crop of "multi-use" and audio CDR's carry the code for the 24x media and usually have speeds limited to 32x in most firmware. (16x in some).

Anyway, 48x is 79:59:72
24/32x is 79:59:73 (as is audio/multi-use)
16x/24x is 79:59:74

my 52x rated Verbatim Pastels have the same MID and capacity figures.

@all: Note, that the Write Speeds displayed show the capabilities of the drive used for this check with this media. With other drives you will get different figures.
