| Taiyo Yuden CD-R 48x or 52x Hi, Having looked at the Taiyo Yuden official website the CD-R are listed as 48x only. But I've seen a lot of reputable on-line companies selling 52x Taiyo Yuden CD-R. Sorry if this is a stupid question but can someone tell me if there is such thing as a genuine 52x Taiyo Yuden? Thanks |

| Re: Taiyo Yuden CD-R 48x or 52x Most drives will burn TY 48x@52x, but TY never certified its discs as anything above 48x. A site selling 52x TY probably lists them as that due to the fact that they can (usually) be safely burned at that speed. |
