Standards - Red Book, Orange Book, etc - where to Find ??

I have searched high and low for these standards - to no avail. I have found snippets of each standard, but not the entire "book".

I am looking for the following - if you have a URL could you reply? Especially the Red, Yellow, and Orange Books. Thanks in Advance:

Logical CD Standards

CD-ROM (ISO-9660) High Sierra -_
CD-Recordable - (ECMA 168 / IS 13940) - Frankfort Proposal -_

Physical CD Standards

RedBook_(ICE 908) -_CDROM Audio CD

Yellow book (ISO/ICE 10149) - CD/ROM data CD

Orange book (ISO/IEC 11172/1/2/3) - CD Recordable

White Book - for VCD (Video CD) – MPEG-1 movies on CD

Green Book - for CDi - like WhiteBook, MPEG-1 movies on CD
for Greenbook the package will say : DIGIAL VIDEO or DV
for Whitebook the package will say : Video CD

The Red book costs $100 and you'll have to sign a confidentiality agreement. Dunno about the rest but I think it's the same but even more expensive... Phillips can answer that

Re: Standards

Thanks for the info - egads, that's a lotta dough. I went to the post you recommended and downloaded the PDF file. (unfortunately they do not have any Word files on the FTP server).
