| Memorex CD-R Why do a few of the blank Memorex CD-R have scratches or blemishes on it even when new? The Media ID is Moser Baer India. |

| Sadly, it happens. Quality control, or lack thereof.  Also, some brands get lower-quality media from a manufacturer, whereas others will get the "cream of the crop".
