How to restore DVD-RW?

During writing DVD-RW on MSI R4-A computer was rebooted. After that this disk is not visible by recording software.
Is there any way to restore DVD-RW disk?

i don't think he's trying to recover the data, i think he wants to erase the disc (the data should still be present on his computer anyways after a reset during writing).

try using dvdinfopro (link is in my sig) to erase your disc.

Yes, I want to do this disk to be whritable again but Nero don't want to fomat it, saying "No media inserted"...

DVDinfopro gives "Media not ready" error trying to detect this disk.

To restore and to erase are 2 different things, well, @least in my humble understanding of it.
It's has been explained many times how to erase a DVD±RW using DVDInfoPro.
