| layered yes, i just typed the one on my TDK blank disc. So i have to choose single layered media even im using a brand like verbatim. That's just not good for me. |

Verbatim branded DL media is far better than any other Double Layered media you will encounter. You just need to make sure your drive can handle it.

| You can use "double sided" DVD-RAM discs. They can store 9GB onto one disc too, if that's what you need (and are very reliable).  |

| What I meant to say is that MIT Verbies (especially the CMC MIT Verbies) have a consistant quality, so they are a "safe buy"™. MII Verbies may outperform the MIT Verbies, but may also be worse, depending on the particular batch.
