| Re: best dvd+r dl dye? It's not about the "dye" (what makes the quality of a disc is far more complicated than this - the dye is only one aspect), but the best DL media is made by Mistubishi (mediacode MKM) and is Verbatim-branded.

| Re: best dvd+r dl dye? I wouldn't go as far as saying they're "terrible", but I totally agree they're not reliable, and I personally wouldn't recommend them. I've seen some good results here and there, but it's not the majority...

| Re: best dvd+r dl dye? Yup, I only can agree. Verbatim DL (MKM MID) is THE best available DL media yet. CMC and RICOH DL can give good results with few good burners.
