| PAL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pal NTSC: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NTSC DVD video with standard resolutions and framerates for PAL and NTSC: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dvd_video Wikipedia isn't the final authority on many subjects, but it is usually a good starting point. By the way angie.j, you can start your own thread for questions like these.
