Video Fixer alternative

Hi, i need an alternative to video fixer i convert alot of divx etc films to dvd and video fixer was really good as if i just converted the file straight to dvd on some of them because of broken frames etc the sound would be out of time on some films, is there a free piece of software like video fixer i can use? my 10 days free trial is finished!! ps- i use nero vision express 2 to create the DVD

ps- i think $30 which is what video fixer are asking for the full version is far to much for what it actually does. also how does my system know that video fixer has already been installed and maxed out if i uninstall and clean the registry and reinstall it still says 0 days left? how does it know its already been installed? im not looking to get free time just interested to know how it has integrated itself into my system if you will

I concur, have used it before on a bad divx file, fixed it, awesome small proggy, and bst of all its FREE!!!
