Is there a way to play incomplete files?

Say if I have a rmvb file that's 95% complete, is there a way to watch the parts that are successfully downloaded? I tried Media Player Classic, it will not skip over the missing parts. Is there a play that will do it? Thanks.

VideoLan VLC plays incomplete video files, not sure if it handles rmvb types though as I've never had one.

Yes TimC is correct VLC will play incomplete files but not all file types some of them I will only play if it's fully completed. You will have to check to see if it will play it or not. I found it to freeze a lot and only play a part of a incomplete file.
