is there a software can check if a .rar contain corrupt file(s)?

checking one by one is tiring, any software can help?

Yes, Winrar can do that and it can also repair the corrupted file.

what i found from google is checking wether a rar file is corrupt, not the file it contains.

The only way to check whether a file in an archive is corrupt, is by checking it against the (assumed) uncorrupted original.

Winrar can be set to check this at compression time & also can include a recovery record (a good idea) that can increase the robustness of archive, for transfer to/across unreliable media, ie: internet or optical drives.
