Well you can reauthor it using DVDShrink and include all the VOBS in it.
I don't know if the transition will go well though. And no menu.

I just did it using Nero Recode-2 and it came out perfect, including menus

You just have to make sure you import the first half of movie first, otherwise the last half is burnt at the front of the DVD
