New Winamp

A new version of the popular music software Winamp was recently released.
Version 5.35.1640 is now available for download.

This new version boasts a new feature most will find useful.
It now incorporates the "Auto-Tag" feature for automatically tagging your music files.
It accesses the Gracenote database to provide tag information. Files can be tagged on an individual basis or the Mass Auto-Tag can be employed.

Thanks for the heads up, but i am fully satisfied with the simplicity iTunes.

Thanks. I installed the new 5.5 version, disabled half the features, passed on the Bento skin, and installed my own decoder plugins. I like it.

Likewise

Disabled most features and running the Modern skin.

I noticed that the spectrum analyzer has been fixed to it's functionality of yesteryear. The spectrum now reflects the responses from low to high frequencies. Previous recent versions only displayed mid to high frequencies, no low frequencies.

Installed it without having to change from my current fave,Classic Skin in windowshade mode at the top edge of my second screen.

The MMD3 is my favorite skin by far, The Bento skin doesn't work for me. Some of the extra features were disabled as well.
