What I basically need is a program that can keep volume levels at a constant. I find many MP3's sometimes have low volume levels amd find it a nuisance to constantly adjust the volume control. I found a good freeware prog that can alter volume levels in mp3 files.
Called MP3Gain, it's at h**p://www.geocities.com/mp3gain/
It has an option to alter the vol levels in albums, so that any intended variation in level is maintained - very useful.
