LITE-ON SHM-165H6S Not showing in device list with Vista Beta2

General Software Discuss, LITE-ON SHM-165H6S Not showing in device list with Vista Beta2 at Software forum; I am running the beta2 version of Vista. I have 2 DVDRW drives. A BenQ 1640 and an LITE-ON SHM-165H6S. When Vista starts the BenQ showns up in the device list but the LITE-ON doesn't. If I go into device manager and scan for hardware changes the LITE-ON will appear

    Hi,

    anything works fine if running a regular version of Windows? If so, then do, what is expected from a Betatester: report this to Microsoft

    Yes, everything works fine in XP. I was just putting it out there to see if it was happening to anyone else.
