| I'm not aware of a freebie, but as a general rule your pooled IP Address changes when you disconnect and then reconnect. Some ISP's have a time limit that will release and renew your IP, but one free way to keep tabs is by Start> Run > CMD >Type: ipconfig /all. |

| http://www.dyndns.com/services/ is another free service is your ISP dynamic - or is your router doing some funky DHCP on you - depending upon where you live and the type of service (Cable / DSL / Dialup) - you may just be getting the same assigned address over and over from the ISP...the /release and /renew leases vary in length

| the ip goes for 100 up and 100 down from the one you started with if you want to remote connect just write down are list of the ip's you get and over time {say one or two days} you should see what the next ip is going to be and then just config to connect to that ip.
