help with wine on linux

General Software Discuss, help with wine on linux at Software forum; i read the docs at http://www.winehq.com/Docs/wine-user/index.shtml but i dun understand a lots of stuff i am totally confused. please guide me to the easiest way to install and get wine running on my redhat 9 box.

btw, i dont get enough fps in games.
