Forwarding Ports?

Hi,
I'm on a computer behind a Windows 2K Server NAT. Because of Microsoft's stupidity, Mechwarrior 4: Mercenaries won't work unless I forward certain TCP and UDP ports to my computer. Problem is, I don't know how...
Can anyone help me?

Thanks

Wow i have the same problem with Motocross Madness 2 and Midtown Madness 2, i am using Winroute Pro 4 for my N.A.T.

I agree with although Microsoft makes good games they suck because only their games gives me any hassle on MSN Zone and Game Spy Arcade.

If any1 can answer this it would help me out also.

being in the yuletide spirit, ima try to figure it out

googling....... - you'll have to find the specific ports yourself, but im looking for an explanation of how to forward in the first place.

my internet here is slow at the moment - these are the semi-relevant links ive managed to dig up -

this one was so slow i couldnt load it at all, but it should offer help.

good luck, and post back
