Emailed ATI but they informed the problem was macrovision-which I believe is crap because the problems happen on all tapes. | if you describe your problem, we could probably tell you if it is macrovision or not. do you get a weak or dark signal that seems shaky alsmot like the tracking is off on your VCR? if so, it's probably macrovision. you need a input device that bypasses the analog macrovision protection. i do not do these types of transfers so I'm not sure what to recommend, but i think there's a product called the "sima go video" something or other. try a forum search for sima and see what comes up about macrovision bypass. |
