Software Problem: BSOD when trying to install Mozyhome

| Guys...I have a question regarding a BSOD with a Bad Pool Header error that I'm getting hit with when I'm installing Mozyhome for online back-up. I've been trying to work through their customer support...no luck, keep getting the runaround. I've run Check Disk (clean), turned off my Windows Firewall and Antivirus software, done a Windows Update...still no luck. The Mozy Log file indicates that it's not able to open the filter device...? When I'm running the install, it seems to get to the point where it starts the application...and wammo...BSOD. I have to restart my pc at last good config, etc... Any ideas, guys? Thanks!!!  |
