It's very slow and taking as long as 30 seconds to get a response from the server...

I'm having the same issue since earlier in the day. One moment, pages are loading up fairly quick and then the forum is crawling again with pages taking up to 30 seconds to load.

Seems to be some serious lag loading pages today, at least for me. Seems also to be when something's loading off one of CDF's own servers, from what I can see in FF.

Sites as slow as ever here ..
Loading it on an Iphone is excruciating
Loading it at home on ADSL2+ (operating at 16Mb/s) is still slow.
Loading at at work is still pretty slow.

In comparison, other international sites pop up very quickly.

Loading threads/parts of the forum is quite painfully slow at the moment (3:26pm GMT) - related to the current work/updates to CDF perhaps?

EDIT: LOL! 3 minutes trying to load this reply, then a Database error. All seems fine now, did someone kick the server?

Yep, and I'm getting timeouts and Database Errors as well when posting or going to the latest posts in a thread.

This forum is running extremely slow here also, at least for the past hour or two.

Just about every page I click takes 20 to 30 seconds before it before it begins to start loading.
