| Here you go MP|3 If it's to small let me know i'll see if i can fix it. |
| Might be an idea to all test the same page to make a comparison. http://club.cdfreaks.com/ should be alright. And a time you performed the test could be useful as well |

| Thanks all - this certainly helps in getting a better understanding. We were wondering if we also could get some screenshots when you think it IS fast. This way, we can see the differences in screenshots and maybe see the bottleneck.. |
| At this time of writing (4:40pm), the forum is fairly quick, with most pages up in 2 to 3 seconds. A CTRL + F5 (complete refresh) gives the following: |

| I haven't been here a lot lately but it has not been running fine each time. Just when i get ready to use Firebug it slows down. Maybe i can catch a good time today. |
| The forum has been really sluggish here most of the evening, much more so than the last couple of days. The following Firebug report shows the response time when I posted a reply a moment ago (10:25pm Irish Time). The last response is when I clicked the 'Edit post' button: |
| Lots of latency for the past couple days. Forums open fast then threads open slow. Thread replys are slow to post. Took about 30 sec to open this thread, but only a few seconds to open the forum.

| No, we haven't done anything yet. Because all things we've done so far didn't made a difference. We are now waiting for some new hardware which will hope fix the problem. I don’t know when it will be installed. |
| Hehe, I meant are you working on something which would slow the forum down (I say forum because the rest of CDF, Frontpage etc doesn't seem slow). ![]() Maybe a new database server (or upgrade to the existing one?) would improve things. Costs money though ![]() The lag seems to be intermittent though (here at least). It's nice and fast now (1:53pm GMT).

| I had a real bad lag just about 15 minutes ago 5:45PM EST, trying to update in CMS, took about a minute for each page to load. But now it seems fine again. I have no idea if this any relevance but I have noticed when the Chat Box is real busy the forum is slow and when the Chat box is slow the forum seems faster, this could just be my imagination but I thought I would mention it.
