Forum structure changes

Besides the changes in staff positions, we will also start making some changes to the forum structure. The majority will probably go unnoticed as the are mainly merging hardly active forums into other forums.

All frequently used forums and all forums that are an essential core part of the site will remain the same as well any forum a staff member marked as being important.

For the regulars here, the biggest change will probably be the Livingroom. The Rylex forums are no longer active but take up a lot of space. Therefor we have decided to merge them into the Livingroom.

If there are any questions or remarks, please let me know, I'm happy to answer them!
