Attachment.php does not show attachment but goes downloading
Anyone experiencing the same problem? When I click this link:

http://club.cdfreaks.com/attachment....id=73504&stc=1

it starts downloading instead of showing the actual attachment.

In Firefox it downloads cakebox.JPG and in IE it downloads attachment.php. If I download and rename attachment.php to attachment.jpg it contains the same image as cakebox.JPG.

We've noticed this problem for awhile now (especially in the "Lots of posts with little context" thread in the LR - lots of attachments in there).

IE6 here, too.

Looks like the browsers are unable to interpret the picture because of the Exif data inside. Might be caused by the recently activated gzip compression.
Even forcing the content-type to image/jpeg didn't work.

yep... it says downloading.. but ff shows it as a ms word document for some reason...

Whoa...FF gives me a page of nonsense. The word "Exif" does appear though - Liggy may be on to something?

OK now that worked perfectly for me in IE6

he got a spacing problem at the end with that "=1"
