Chalbing used our newssubmit to tell us that you really should update your firmware if you own a Lite-On burner and you need to backup SafeDisc protected games.
Visitors who visit our forum probably already knew this, but for those who don't:
I don't know if this was posed before, but I have the Lite-on 12xDVD and the 24102B burner and they took for ever to make an Image file of a SD2 protected game. |
I went to the Lite-on.com web site and got the new firmware and it now takes LESS then 8 Mins to make an image file with both CD-Mate and CloneCD. Just thought that the people might want to know this.
