I don't think there are any sites for cells cause cell info is kept private.They try to sell software for finding cell #'s but I'd be wary.

I looked all over the net the free reverse cell lookup service until i stumbled upon this post about reverse cell phone number lookups explaining why there is no free service.

i don't recommend at all you ever subscribe to any of what they call themselves to be free reverse cell phone number lookup directory services online because i've always had bad experiences with them, I always use google instead and i found that i get good results using it most of the time, give it a try!
