how do i burn my xbox360 game cds on my xbox360 console

My friends and i bought our individual console, we are five only two of my friends can burn game cds on their consoles and they did nothing to the console but the three of us remaining can't
Pls teach me steps to take on my xbox360 'cos i wish to join the coach of xbox360 game cds burner
