Envision AOCL32W861 picture problems

We bought the tv the end of Dec 08.  When we first took it out of the box, we didn\'t have a picture.  Then, suddenly a picture appreared after a half hour....unknown reason.  The tv has worked great until 2 days ago when we go to turn it on and there is no picture again (black screen), but there is sound.  Radio Shack won\'t deal with it, even though it\'s been less than 2 months.   What could be wrong?

Depends on how it's connected. If you have cable/SAT, it could be a receiver or cable issue. If the TV is performing the tuning, then I suspect it is just a hardware issue. It's under warranty, at least it should be, take it to the nearest authorized Envision repair center.
