No. For bin/cue burning use fireburner, nero, alcohol, cdrwin, burnatonce or blindwrite.

If you really want to use clonecd, you could mount the bin/cue on a daemon tools virtual drive and copy the mounted image with clonecd from there (but why bother given all the available alternatives).
